Technologically optimized injection molding process for recycled composites made of thermoplastics and duroplast, with in-house material preparation, precise dosing, and improved homogenization.
Innovation introduces an advanced composite injection molding process, enabling direct processing of proprietary industrial recyclate reinforced with ground fibers from decommissioned wind turbines. These fibers, containing thermosetting plastics and glass fibers, are hard to recycle conventionally and often end up in landfills. The new material preparation process reduces environmental impact from transportation and significantly improves energy and cost efficiency.
